Currently, Kylemore has three available communities, The Bayview Club, Aurora Sanctuary and Port of Newcastle, and two exclusive upcoming communities, Angus Glen West Village, Yorkton and the Country Club of Quebec. When I purchase a Kylemore home, how many finishes can I choose from?

It has been often noted that a wide variety of finishes sets Kylemore apart from other builders. When selecting your finishes, you will find ample selection in tiles, hardwood flooring, lighting and cabinetry, to name a few. Our suite of standard offerings included with your home offers plenty of selection, however we also feature upgrades for purchase in all areas of your home.

Are Kylemore homes built to plan, or can I customize my design?

Unlike many homebuilders, we encourage our homebuyers to get involved in the design process. While much of your home must be built according to plan, we are flexible and will work with you to ensure your ideas and reasonable alterations are taken care of. We encourage full participation from the ground up with the purchase of our larger custom-built homes.
