New Privileges Program a hit with buyers seeking luxury and value

 

 This summer, Kylemore Communities launched its "Privileges Program" – an innovative perk that will reward those who buy a new Kylemore home during the coming year with discounts at selected retailers, golf courses, restaurants, décor and moving companies, as well as a special homeowner referral program. New-home buyers at any of Kylemore’s current communities can now register to receive a Privileges Program card to present when making purchases from the program partners. Currently, the Privileges Program partners include Niche Décor in Unionville, Angus Glen Golf Club, Markham Green Golf Club, The Brick, Nava Restaurant & Bar, Brix Napa Valley Grille & Wine Bar, Kennedy Greenhouses, and AMJ Campbell Van Lines.

In addition to receiving exclusive discounts, when Kylemore homeowners enter their purchases online, they are automatically entered into a contest to win great prizes ranging from sporting activities to state-of-the-art electronics, and dinner for two at a noted restaurant in their area.

The new Privileges Program also includes a referral component, as Kylemore Communities enjoys a substantial percentage of sales that result from referrals from existing homeowners. "This kind of loyalty is gratifying," says O’Hanlon. "We feel strongly about building master-planned communities where families live and play together, and homeowners often bring in family members and friends who are so enchanted with the homes and the lifestyle, they decide to purchase too."

To reward this level of confidence, when a Kylemore homeowner refers someone who purchases at one of the company’s communities, both the homeowner and the referral receive $1,000 to spend at the company’s décor centre. Over the next 12 months, Kylemore will provide homeowners with regular updates about added privileges and partnership programs.
