Custom Home Model and, at the same time, have overseen a makeover of the 5-year old Dublin Model Home - a highly popular design among buyers. . “Our purchasers are sophisticated and knowledgeable; they know what they like and we have to ensure that our Model Homes keep pace with the times,” says O’Hanlon. “For the first time in our history we made the decision to renovate an existing Model Home, even though the décor and furnishings still looked great. We believe it is important to showcase the newest and most desirable finishes, and it may become a new business venture for us,” he adds. The Model Homes are now open.
